The Experience

Golden Ballroom

• Dinner & Live Music: 7:30–9:30pm enjoy a chef-crafted buffet dinner, followed by live music from Buffalo’s favorite party band, Party of Nine (9pm–12:30am).

Terrace Room

• Dance all night with high energy percussive DJ,  DJ Michael Khoury (9pm–1am).

Milton’s

• New This Year: Casino-style games (9pm–12am). Play for raffle entries—no cash involved.

Lobby

• New This Year: Ambient performance & champagne pouring by 716 Skybound 9pm-12am

Two Ways to Celebrate

✨ Dinner Experience Ticket – $150 *Limited to 300 tickets

• Start the evening with a full buffet dinner by Executive Chef Adrian Bylewski.

• Chef’s Salad + Fresh Bread
  • Seafood Pappardelle – Lobster, scallop, shrimp, lobster cream sauce
  • Petite Beef Wellington – Beef tenderloin, mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, puff pastry
  • Patatas Bravas – Crispy potatoes, garlic-chili aioli, romesco, scallion
  • Truffle Risotto – Flat #12 mushrooms, Parmesan, burgundy truffle
  • Roasted Farm Vegetables – Carrots, beets, celery root, squash, chimichurri, crispy onions

• Dinner seating in the Golden Ballroom (7pm doors, dinner 7:30–9:30pm). This room will open to General Admission at 9:45pm

• Five hours of open bar 7:30pm-12:30am with cash bar available before and after.

• After 9pm, enjoy access to all entertainment spaces.

*Please note: Once the room opens to general admission at 9:45pm, reserved seating is no longer held. Any open seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Three & a half-hour open bar beginning 9pm-12:30am with cash bar available before and after.

• Light hors d’oeuvres and desserts by Chef Adrian Bylewski.

• Access to all entertainment spaces: Miltons, Terrace Room (from 9pm), and Golden Ballroom (from 9:45pm).

Both tickets include access to every level of entertainment and a midnight champagne toast to ring in 2026 in style.

Late-Night Bites

Fuel the fun with late-night eats from DA Taste Food Truck, parked on Delaware Avenue from 10pm–12:30am.
